  We did an experiment a couple of weeks ago for the Today Show. We helped them design it. They ran it on their production assistants. They brought them into the conference room. And everybody fired up StubHub and purchased or planned to purchase a Harry Styles concert ticket for Madison Square Garden. Same night, same row, same seat. What we found, ticket prices were constant across all of the production assistants. Fees were varying by as much as $60.

  if an event is sold out you've got a great thing called the secondary Market which is the stub hubs and tickets Nows and things like that where the likelihood is you're going to pay more because someone's willing to sell you their ticket for more um and it provides a great service which is you know no seat is sold out

  when we were starting StubHub we had made the decision that you could buy a ticket online just like an hour before an event right I've done it and you could get a CER to deliver it to you just in time right or meet at the stable Center yeah or or meet the The Courier was a was a big one and we found that people actually pay a lot for a premium service that was a quer delivering you a ticket and it was how we would compete with the scalpers

  one of the things StubHub offers is some assurance that you're not going to get ripped off right and yeah based on the fact that there there is no anonymity you have to kind of tell people you have to tell StubHub who you are ... not not quite equal to stub but this is also much more efficient than StubHub
