do i think when i go to amazon and when they say you know products you might like based on what you've browsed do i think that creepy no that's useful yeah but if they were selling that to everyone else like now that's creepy right so when a company does it directly with you that's called paying attention right that's called being you know engaging
Think about Amazon's playbook. What does Amazon do? They always focus on the customer. And, you know, famously, the culture at Amazon is about focusing on the customer and their needs, right?
And they were an investor in Twilio in our last private round.
So when we went public in 2016, you know, one of the things I stole from Jeff Bezos at Amazon was day one.
