we're definitely like we're definitely getting more efficient you know period over period

for us we're going to continue to fight it because we're you know adding new products we're acquiring teams and businesses we're you know continuing to evolve what what we're doing

it's kind of like the magic that we see with Figma right like we can give people the ability to go and you know have a have an initial stab in the first draft through you know prompting and through natural language but like sometimes it's so much easier to go and riff and make changes on your hand

I'm actually excited about that because then we can, then we can ideally flip into this world where we can give product feedback as well.

I'm gonna, I think we're gonna be able to attract and build the world's best finance organization because so much what people want is the ability to learn and feel like they're being invested in and surrounded by people that want to go and, um, you know, become the best at their craft.

throughout my time at Figma, it was the thing that I would wake up every day and I remember there would be like 30 people that would sign up for a paid plan in those first few days when I joined and I'd go through line by line, who are they? Are they personal addresses? Are they business addresses? Are they people that we can reach out to? What can I learn from this to help us inform what we eventually built, which was our organization's product?

our business took off during the early days of the pandemic.
