you come out of school and you don't know how to plug into the network what a great Network to go plug into it's just like or if you're fortunate enough to get invested you know by first round capital or us ored at Union Square it doesn't really like you can be you get plugged into that it's just you're Off to the Races it's it's such an advantage
they're going to raise a different check you know they're going to raise a larger check right in a lot of these cases yeah I mean they're not going to just take the 150 and work for another year they're going to probably do 500 right 750 probably 1 million on average in this market

what made y combinator successful is that he tapped into building a community Ah that's it it's the alumni
what they've done them terms are great what they've done is said I want to see at the table at the next round no matter what that round is priced and no matter who leads it that's what once the entrepreneur has taken that money down that's what happens so for the entrepreneur I think it's a great Advantage

the $25 million exit uh the $30 million exit which I would characterize R three exits at AOL probably in that range reportedly yeah um those are very profitable exits if you've only got 15% of your stock owned by other investors Bingo and I like 85% of $30 million a lot of money
