that's missing from Amazon and it's missing from some of these other services right if you're just trying to go only on margin only on the lowest price you you take out the ability to do any level of customer service
people feel bad about returning something... if I buy something on Amazon I'm not supposed to return it... that's what contributes to this return anxiety
why people don't buy refurbished on like Amazon or through another channel it's like you don't know what sort of condition the item is in
