Tesla made a choice for example they said I'm going to make a two-seat Roadster right and then and Lotus is going to make it for us and then I'm going to install a power Trin in it and and it was a modified design but it was L done by lotus there was no secret there and then they've come out and they're going to do a new vehicle a Model S well those are only two vehicles and in fact they're really not going to make the Roadster I think for that much longer
the truth the ugly truth of the automotive industry is that when you do it that way we're talking about over a billion dollars of investment per model that means that you're not going to make a small number of them you're going to make a lot of them able to make money or else you're otherwise you're called an unprofitable company
