I have to say I'm really impressed with the level of customer service they provided because if it was Apple or if it was Microsoft they' been like Hey kid beat it sucks to be you like we don't have time to deal with this but apparently it's a certificate issue with exchange MH like there's a specific one for uh a school system and it it didn't it wasn't working so it kept going trying trying to reverifying his battery in like 2 hours he was going to switch to an iPhone and I told him not to I sa

that's Apple to me like you know they're they're cutting off developers and and just being very closed and to give the end user a please bear with me a perfect experience and and a utopian experience and that's the apple way it's always been that way
