what a lot of small businesses have done is they've partnered with a grub up and a doordash and uber eats and that's fine if you want to generate incremental demand but if you want to be at the core a digital first business unsustainable and so what they're doing is raising their prices well as they raise their prices on grubhub more people go to domino's to order that more valuable wow and so you get this vicious cycle yeah circling the drain yeah i mean it's going to literally suck those busin
doordash is the market leader today
the economics of a third party delivery platform as a primary partner to small businesses meaning they are solving for online ordering and logistics and all those things at the core it just doesn't make sense
when you look at third-party players uh aggregators their pricing models are pretty comparable um they're all somewhere between 20 and 30 percent per order
the one category where product market fit isn't really that strong with uh doordash or an uber eats
