I think I think Google's always had a good strategy of get there early bring the people in and let them spin out and be in their orbit hmm I think they've always done that well Android YouTube come to mind

if you look at Amazon and Alexa as an example right what matters to them what apps is some startup gonna move the needle for the biggest company in the world not anytime soon and so it's apps right it's it's ecosystem right they want the coolest stuff on their platforms first they want to support it be out there leaning into that innovation and helping it succeed right so that's very aligned with our mission

first one its 2012 with Microsoft which of course is now scaled up the Microsoft accelerator around the world you know we were sort of running the first ones for them and you know I think people had that fear the trick is when we were scaling at rate we weren't giving those things that the entrepreneurs should be afraid of right
