i think one of the challenge on android is not so much the user base i think they are they're starting to catch up in terms of users the problem is more around the the ability for us to sell an application at a very simple way like on apple it's very easy for people to go and if they like the application it's useful for them they can spend one or two dollars it's one click and it's very simple and very fluid uh i think google and android needs to get to that point with when google checkout gets

the ipad product is a one-off product but it's a great product
we realized where it's kind of using the big scale up version of facebook iphone app doesn't work that well going to the browser the app works but it just it's so little these little links are designed for a mouse not four fingers and we thought well maybe we can build at least something that we can use
by my estimate about five between five and six million ipad users in the world right now that's small compared to the 500 million users of facebook but that's still a lot of users that could use a good facebook app
i think for facebook i mean from what i've heard i mean facebook is the most used app on iphone and it raised the bar in some way for facebook there's a lot of expectation about what facebook for ipad should be and so it's probably why they they have you know they've been kind of waiting to basically get an app out there
i think that the new twitter app is actually really nice i mean that's i i like twitter and i think uh they found like a way to really create a nice feel to it
maybe not twitter they had a lot of third-party stuff but getting a presence on the iphone really really quick
