I can't replace my office suite unfortunately with with them given what I want to do without losing more of my hair.
I think the biggest element is usability and change and when you see how non-integrated some of these products can be. I think that's where people are going to run into these user experiences.

as much as I enjoy and love their service there are certain things that just really bug the heck out of me as part of that user experience
I think they have very distinct opportunities in certain application spaces, namely email being one of them, right? ... the biggest element is is usability and change and when you see how um how non-integrated some of these products can be. I think that's where people are going to run into these user experiences.
