we charge a delivery fee and we share that with the Postmates and the Postmates get 75% from the delivery fee and then we charge a service fee on the purchased items
the average order size in total uh is around $52 if you if you look at it in that includes the delivery fee and the purchase price the purchase price the average is $36
we had people come back and come back a lot and and we had that very early on um we we we always had this idea if if you build something that lets you form a habit then that is very strong and so people came back more and spent a lot more money and a lot more money on Postmates
