I don't think they missed their window I think it's gonna be tight I think for a long time for those guys it's been you know you have to execute right along this line or you're in trouble but I think they'll get there
it's so much better for our students that we do it that way than if we fund it with VC and our incentives are still totally aligned
it makes it so that us along with investors are funding this the cost of tuition for the students and then the investors get their money back first and we make our money on the upside but what it makes it is so we don't have to fund everything with VC much because that's not a sustainable models
