it's all in the cloud on Amazon or aour or where where you living it's on Amazon
Lean Startup uh mentality is to use what's available and Amazon is great uh it doesn't scare me that they're down once or twice a year uh but eventually I'm going to need to scale in a more cost efficient way right because it does get very expensive on Amazon to fire up these instances
imagine a kid who has worked very hard to get his first 100 or 200 Twitter subscribers they come here within five minutes they get another 15 Twitter followers they're hooked right so they consider it like a dollar for each one of those followers
our whole uh ecosystem is around building that scarcity that economy where eyeballs and traffic is the main equity
this is the only place on the planet today both online and off where a consumer can actually be in front of a significant audience
