No institutional venture lead is identified in any source we reached: the $2.9M round The Robot Report covered was HEADED BY ECOAST ANGELS, an angel group; WPI contributed a $30,000 commercialisation grant; CB Insights adds an accelerator (Hexagon Sixth Sense), a fellowship and two individual angels. Again, absence of a finding, not a finding of absence. Leg (b) is separately unreliable rather than empty — five sources give five different round histories for the same company (Series A May 2022, Series B 2023-08-07, Series A1 for that same round, Series B 2025-10-10, Series A 2026-07-17), and the founding year is disputed too (2017 PitchBook, 2025 WPI).    A D/A filed 2026-10-08 amending offering 0001930001-22-000001: $1,799,998 offered and $1,799,998 sold, declared first sale 2023-08-07, 12 Channel Street, Boston. Related persons Tyler Bouchard and Tyler Modelski. Read alone it looks like a $1.8M raise reported in October 2026.

   What we add

   Struck out after review: "we tell you this is not a 2026 raise". The form says D/A, names the amended 2022 accession and declares a 2023-08-07 first sale — all on its face. What survives is the part no single document gives you: five sources give five different round histories for this company, and TWO of them (WPI $2.8M on 2025-10-10, PitchBook $2.5M on 2026-07-17) show rounds LATER than anything we hold a filing for, which is what turns "an old amendment" into "we cannot date this company’s latest money at all". Plus verified current operating activity: five live postings on its own careers page, three engineering, in the Boston of its filing address, observed 2026-10-11.
