All these questions and many others were not answered by the Team. Its over a month, they still can't figure our how Account got closed and what to do in our case.
We reached out to the GCP Slack group where we met this very helpful guy from Google. See his comment:
"Couldn\u2019t agree more. Not just worrying, it\u2019s unacceptable. The underlying issue is making sure that you are the real owner of the account, which is challenging when the account was deleted. The people who can confirm it have been unresponsive. I\u2019m trying to figure out who they are exactly to message them personally (not through a ticketing system) and see if I can get an answer.\nI would be frustrated, too. We are failing you on this one, big time"
I implore you to take care when using GCP. Its clearly not mature and support has been really horrible. We have all communications archived and would be more than happy to share with anyone.

I'm completely locked out of that DNS control too.\nSo I'm in this situation:

I have a backup system running on a different domain, getting 5% of my usual traffic, because I can't redirect the original domain. I'm completely locked out of that DNS control too.\nSo I'm in this situation:
My primary domain is unreachable\n95% of my regular users can't find the service\nThe backup site exists but people don't know about it\nAll because I trusted Google enough to use their domain registrar
But here's what really stings: I still can't see what Google is charging me for it.\nI have zero visibility into:
What services are running\nWhat the current bill is\nWhen the next invoice will hit\nWhether I can dispute charges on an account I cannot access\nWhat happens after the December 15 deletion deadline
Google is billing a locked account. They have complete visibility. I have none. And there's no support path to fix it.\nThe support structure is broken.

It's a perfect catch-22. Every department passes responsibility. Cloud Support says it's not their problem. Billing Support says it's not their problem. I tried to apply for a billing quota increase to have more than three projects linked to my billing account but no matter how I word the application I get no explanation for the refusal back in email or the follow-up questions sent back to the refusal emails from Google Cloud Compliance. First email asked for a pre-payment on the account, which I did and replied that to the email but got no response. Then I sent an application every couple of days again with increasing detail of explanation and no replies again. Last week I finally managed to click around in the console to find a human to contact in the billing department but they told they can't help and I should just reply to the refusal email. I can still use paid services on the three projects I have so this doesn't make much sense to me.
Google apparently don't want my business and now I'm wondering should I move away from Google Workspace as well if some automation has flagged my account fraudulent and I could be locked out any day with similar way (no way) to resolve the issue.
Is it only me or have you experienced anything similar?
