Our mission is to empower independent supply stores with best-in-class technology. Think of your local hardware store or mom-and-pop nursery—these are our clients. From paint to lumber to flooring, over 200,000 such stores across the country sell over $1T of building materials annually using outdated, on-premises systems. We’re aiming to help them modernize so that they can continue to thrive.
Backed by leading investors including Battery, Bessemer and CRV, we've raised $48M across four rounds and are growing quickly: We're live in over 500 stores across the USA, Canada, and the Caribbean, and integrated with over 20 industry partners. Our team is made up of builders, sellers, and industry veterans with a shared goal: to bring modern technology to an overlooked industry.
You'll be on the ground floor of a high-growth, venture-backed startup reshaping how building materials retailers run their businesses.
You'll be based out of Chicago / Chicagoland and lead the entire sales process from lead generation to close. This role is primarily outbound sales through a combination of inside and outside sales strategies. You’ll report to Rundoo’s Head of Sales, and work closely with a team of peers who do the same role in other regions. Plus, you will collaborate closely with industry veterans like Reggie and a team of accomplished implementation professionals and BDRs.
You’ll spend about 50% of your time in-person in office, collaborating closely with team members, and 50% traveling throughout your territory to meet customers in-person.
You live in the Chicago / Chicagoland area and can work from our office ~50% of the time.
You are excited to close deals and carry a quota.
You have a valid U.S. driver’s license.
You’re energized by frequent travel (~50%) across your assigned states.
You love building strong relationships with customers: from first conversation through close.
You've successfully closed new business deals in the $15K–$20K ARR range, especially at Series A startups or companies in a similar growth stage.
You have experience hunting and closing net-new business in a field sales role.
You’re familiar with the building materials or construction supply industry: ideally retail.
You love friendly competition and thrive in a high-performance team.
You’ve sold a product that is new to the market or required process change for the customer.

Our team is made up of builders, sellers, and industry veterans with a shared goal: to bring modern technology to an overlooked industry.
As a Product Support Specialist at Rundoo, you will be the primary point of contact for clients in their time of need. You'll help independent hardware and paint store owners solve problems across our full ERP platform - from POS transaction issues to inventory sync problems, accounting reconciliation, and user training questions.
You'll work alongside Robbie and Tim to provide coast-to-coast coverage for our growing client base. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on problem-solving, enjoys helping small business owners succeed, and wants to grow with a fast-paced startup.
You'll report to Claire, Manager, Client Success, and collaborate closely with our Client Success and Engineering teams to ensure client needs are met and product improvements are identified.
Provide exceptional support via Intercom chat, email, and phone to hardware and paint store owners and their staff

Perform data analysis and reconciliation work using spreadsheets to investigate balance discrepancies and help clients understand their numbers
Collaborate with Engineering to communicate customer issues, submit detailed bug reports with reproduction steps, and help troubleshoot technical problems
Leverage AI-assisted tools (Intercom AI, ChatGPT, Claude) to improve response quality, efficiency, and documentation

Maintain metrics including <24hr resolution time for 90%+ of tickets, <5min average first response time, and >80% customer satisfaction
Essential Qualities

Core Competencies:
Exceptional attention to detail - You catch discrepancies others miss, especially when working with numbers and data
Strong independent problem-solver - You can troubleshoot ambiguous issues without constant hand-holding
Excellent written and verbal communication - You can explain complex concepts clearly to non-technical small business owners
Organizational excellence - You can manage multiple priorities, juggle competing tickets, and maintain composure during high-volume periods
Empathy for small business owners under pressure - paired with the composure to de-escalate a frustrated conversation
Skilled at asking questions - ones that get past the stated symptom to the actual root cause
Valuable Experience (But Not Required)

Prior customer support or technical support experience in any industry
Experience with SaaS products or technology companies
Accounting, bookkeeping, or financial reconciliation background
Retail, POS, or small business operations experience
Technical troubleshooting ability with software applications

Comfortable learning and becoming expert in complex software (our full ERP platform)
Proficient with spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel) for data analysis
Strong analytical skills for investigating balance discrepancies and data issues
Able to work during required hours.
Direct familiarity with or experience in paint and hardware, building materials, construction supply, or related industries
Comfortable adapting to a dynamic startup environment where priorities shift and new challenges arise regularly
Proven experience helping customers adopt new workflows or systems (change management)

Here is the current makeup of the teams you’ll be working most closely with:

You'll be based out of the San Francisco Bay Area and own product research on new industries for Rundoo. Today, we serve paint, hardware, and farm & feed stores; we have a dozen more verticals on our radar (lumber, flooring, plumbing, auto, and more) and your role is to figure out which to enter and how. That means defining the ICP for a new industry, quantifying it, talking to owners in their stores, mapping the GTM, sketching the roadmap of features Rundoo would need to build to win them, and getting the first few pilot clients live.
You'll report directly to our CEO, Nick, and work shoulder-to-shoulder with the engineering team led by Andrew.
You'll spend ample time with customers in their stores. There is simply no replacement for in-person time spent with the customers.
Own a new vertical end-to-end: define and size the market, drive the features to completion, and launch the GTM motion to tackle it.
Talk to operators in person: spend time in stores to understand what matters to them.
Build the roadmap: translate field research into a concrete, sequenced feature plan with engineering.
Land the first pilots: find and close 5+ pilot clients in your industry to prove the market.
Define the GTM strategy: identify the channels, partners, and events that matter.
2+ years in consulting, banking, or an equivalent field that has helped you develop strong communication and prioritization skills.
Based in the SF Bay Area and comfortable working from our office 4 days per week.
Excited to get out there because all the good learning happens from being with the customer.
Excellent communication able to synthesize messy field research into clear, defensible roadmaps.
Working through rejection because many prospects will say no :)
Curiosity about overlooked, traditional industries.
Familiarity with building materials, construction supply, or other hardline industries
Experience with vertical SaaS
A track record of cold outreach producing real outcomes (interviews, deals, partnerships)
Intro Call (20 min) - Remote:
A chat with with Amanda for us to understand what you’re looking for. For you to know what Rundoo and this role are about. Hopefully we both find it to be a good fit.
Take-home Overview & Chat (30 min) - Remote:
With our CEO, Nick.
Take-home: industry deep-dive (~1 week, paid):
We find take homes are great predictors of success on the job. We’ll have you (a) talk to 3+ store owners via cold outreach, (b) size the market, (c) propose the top roadmap Rundoo needs to win, and (d) sketch a GTM hypothesis.
Onsite (full day) - In Person:
Pressure test the roadmap from your take-home with design, engineering, and GTM. Also, eat lunch.

You’ll be based out of our Redwood City office and work in person with the rest of our engineering team. As a Software Engineer, you’ll ship features end-to-end across our stack: a Go backend, a TypeScript/React web app, and React Native mobile apps. Your work goes directly to the supply-store owners and staff who run their businesses on Rundoo every day.
You’ll report to one of our engineering leads and work in a small pod of about 4–5 engineers. You’ll own clearly-scoped projects from start to rollout, get deep in the part of the product your pod owns, and build your system and product intuition with mentorship from senior engineers through pairing and code review. It’s a good fit for someone 1–3 years into their career.
Ship features end-to-end, from the proto and backend logic to the web and mobile UI
Own small, clearly-scoped projects (typically 1–3 weeks) with limited direction, from scoping through rollout
Go deep in your pod’s part of the product so you can fix arbitrary bugs and add new features with confidence
Align with PM and tech lead on what you’re building and why, and write tickets clear enough for another engineer to pick up
Talk to clients directly, calling stores to research how they work and to get their feedback on what you’ve shipped
Write design docs for your features and reason about how your work interacts with adjacent systems
Review teammates’ code and act on the feedback you get, keeping our codebase readable and maintainable
Spot broken team processes and fix them, automating manual work where it speeds up delivery
1–3 years of professional software engineering experience
Solid command of computer-science fundamentals and fluency in at least one production language
Comfort shipping features end-to-end and debugging across the stack
Based in (or willing to relocate to) the Bay Area and able to work in person 4 days a week in our Redwood City office

We're hiring a recruiter to own full-cycle hiring for our R&D teams: Engineering, Data Science, and Product. You'll run searches end to end, from the first intake conversation through the close, and help us build a hiring motion that keeps pace with a company growing this fast. You'll work shoulder to shoulder with our Head of Talent and partner directly with our CTO and Head of Data Science, with plenty of room to make the role your own.
Own full-cycle R&D searches. Engineering, Data Science, and Product roles are yours from intake to signed offer: sourcing, screening, scheduling, closing, and everything in between.
Find people who aren't looking. You'll build creative sourcing strategies and genuine pipelines of technical talent, not just work the inbound queue.
Be a true partner to our R&D leaders. Sharp intake, quick feedback, and a shared sense of the bar, working closely with our CTO and Head of Data Science.
Give candidates an experience they remember. Fast, warm, and honest at every step. Candidates should walk away impressed by Rundoo even when the answer is no.
Make the machine better as you go. Keep our pipelines clean in Ashby, use the data to spot what's working, and turn good instincts into repeatable playbooks.
You don't need to check every box. If a lot of this sounds like you, we'd love to talk.
You've spent 2 to 4 years recruiting, agency or in-house, with real time spent on technical roles (engineering, data, or product).
You've run searches end to end, or you're ready to: sourcing, screening, coordinating, and closing, not just one slice of the funnel.
You give candidates an experience they remember, and you keep your word on the small things (follow-ups, timelines, feedback).
You're organized enough to run several searches at once without letting anything slip.
You take real ownership and like figuring things out without a lot of process to lean on.
You're curious about how things get built, and comfortable learning enough about our stack and products to talk credibly with candidates.
You've recruited in-house at an early-stage, venture-backed startup.
You've closed passive candidates you sourced yourself.
You've partnered with engineering leaders or calibrated on technical talent.
You've used Ashby or a similar ATS.

At Rundoo, hiring co-op students who come back full-time after graduation is core to how we build our team. Students who pair rigorous academics with hands-on co-op experience become builders who have immediate impact and grow quickly. That holds just as true for Marketing Engineering as it does for core Engineering.
We're looking for our first Marketing Engineering intern to help prove out this pipeline. If it's a fit, we're committed to hiring more each term and building the function around you.
Winter 2027: January 4 – April 23.
This isn't about busywork or one-off decks. You'll build the internal tools, agents and automations that power how Rundoo markets itself, and you'll see your work go live every day! This role focuses on internal marketing tooling, not customer-facing product work.
Agent & Workflow Development: Help build and maintain automations and agents that generate marketing content (ads, emails, social posts) at scale.
Data Pipelines & Integrations: Connect the tools in our marketing stack (ads, email, direct mail and more) so data moves between systems accurately and efficiently.
Campaign Instrumentation: Help instrument and monitor live campaigns so every program, and every dollar of ad spend, can be traced back to pipeline and ARR impact.
Attribution & Reporting: Help map marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced leads through the funnel: MQL → SQL → Opp → Closed Won.
Content Systems: Prototype reusable templates and agents for recurring content types (magazine ads, digital postcards, newsletter banners, social posts, flyers) that support our vertical GTM motions.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with our Head of Marketing, CEO and vertical PMs to keep automations grounded in real campaign needs.
You're comfortable writing code and can show us a GitHub with example work.
You're genuinely excited about applying AI and agents to marketing problems, not just interested in marketing as a discipline.
You're a self-directed builder who can turn a rough campaign idea into a working automation.
You give in-the-moment feedback to your teammates and enjoy receiving the same.
Experience building data pipelines or integrations that connect tools and move data between systems.
Experience building workflows with an LLM in the mix, like RAG or scripts that call the Claude or OpenAI APIs.
Experience deploying simple apps or services (Vercel, Cloudflare Workers, Coder.dev or similar).
Familiarity with marketing and growth concepts (MQLs, attribution, funnel metrics, ad automation).
Comfort working with coding agents (Claude Code, Codex, etc.) to build end-to-end workflows.
Application: must include a GitHub account with example work.
Intro Call (20 min, remote): Meet Amanda to learn more about each other and talk through your interest in marketing + AI automation.
Coding Interview (remote): A technical interview with one of our engineers.
Chat with Titus (15 min, remote): Meet our Head of Marketing, Titus, to talk through the work, our marketing strategy, and what you'd be building.
Founder Chat (remote): A final conversation with one of our co-founders.
Nick (CEO): studied math & computer science at Stanford; worked as a trader at Bridgewater & Citadel and as a PM at Google & Enigma; distantly related to the founder of the Hershey company 🍫
Titus (Head of Marketing): Over a 15+ year career, I've been the first GTM/Marketing hire at five startups, embedding with founding teams to find product-market fit before the company spends money scaling. I build Marketing & GTM functions from scratch, ship code, close deals, and design the systems that turn early traction into repeatable revenue. Love to 🏂 and 🏍️. Claude 🤖 certified.

We’re hiring a Manager, Implementation to lead the team responsible for getting every new Rundoo customer live and successful. You’ll own implementation outcomes across the business: team attainment, resource allocation, operating cadence, process design, escalation, and forecasting.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who sees implementation as a commercial discipline. You’ll set clear expectations, coach Implementation Managers to own customer outcomes, and build a culture where winning is celebrated and accountability is non-negotiable. You’ll report to our GTM leadership and partner closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Experience.
Your mandate is simple: help the team reliably hit its number while delivering a clear, client-centered path to go-live.
🎯 Own team performance: Lead the Implementation team to consistently achieve its ARR and go-live goals, including through periods of team growth and ramp
🏆 Build a culture of winning and accountability: Set ambitious but realistic expectations, celebrate strong performance, address misses directly, and ensure ownership stays with the Implementation Manager
🔀 Allocate resources: Create and maintain a rules-based resource allocation process, ensuring we don’t have over or under capacity IMs
🥁 Run the operating cadence: Lead Pipeline Reviews, “Hit the Number” meetings, no-push reviews, ongoing training, and call coaching
1️⃣ Design and enforce a client-centered implementation process: Create simple, memorable stages with clear exit criteria verified through customer action—not just completion of internal tasks
🛗 Create a repeatable escalation playbook: Equip Implementation Managers to resolve common challenges independently and escalate the right issues at the right time, without turning the manager into the default hero IC
🔮 Improve forecasting: Build an ARR forecasting model that gives the company a reliable view of expected implementation outcomes and supports better resource planning
🏈 Coach the team: Give clear, actionable feedback grounded in customer and business impact; use thoughtful questioning to help team members identify and own their next steps
❎ Partner cross-functionally: Work with Sales, Product, and Customer Experience to improve handoffs, resolve systemic blockers, and shorten time to live
Chicago-based and excited to work in an office at minimum 4 days/week
A high-accountability leadership style paired with a genuine commitment to supporting your team
Experience leading an implementation, onboarding, professional services, customer success, or other post-sale team with a measurable delivery or revenue target
A track record of helping a team consistently hit its number—not relying on one or two top performers
Strong operating discipline, including pipeline management, forecasting, resource allocation, and performance management
Excellent coaching skills, with the ability to deliver feedback that is both direct and actionable
Strong judgment under pressure and the ability to distinguish between issues the team should solve and issues that require escalation
Clear written and verbal communication across frontline team members, executives, and cross-functional partners
Comfort operating in a fast-moving startup where processes must be built, simplified, and reinforced as the company scales
Experience leading implementation for B2B SaaS, payments, ERP, point-of-sale, or other workflow-critical software
Experience serving independent retailers, building-material suppliers, or similarly operationally complex businesses
Experience tying implementation milestones to ARR recognition, activation, or other commercial outcomes
A history of building memorable, scalable playbooks that teams actually use
Experience improving forecasting accuracy and capacity planning for a growing delivery organization
You are energized by turning a good team into a high-performance team
Within your first several months, we expect you to:
Establish a clear operating cadence and create visibility into team performance
Help the team achieve at least 80% of its aggregate quota through broadly distributed attainment
Implement a simple, branded, client-centered process with verifiable exit criteria for every stage
Build an escalation system that enables Implementation Managers to solve more issues independently
Produce an ARR forecast that predicts outcomes within approximately 25%
Create a culture where expectations are clear, strong effort and results are celebrated, and misses lead to learning and accountability

Team lunch (30 minutes) — Meet members of the Rundoo team

Brian, Implementation Manager: Hello! I have over 5 years of experience as an implementation manager. Most recently, I worked in food tech, helping implement software solutions for food and beverage companies.

During my tenure, I focused on helping customers reach value quickly while maintaining a high level of satisfaction. I’m passionate about creating structured, repeatable onboarding processes that drive successful outcomes.
Lej, Implementation Manager: Passionate about tech and helping people; here to find problem-solvers who care about impact as much as innovation.

The role is based in Redwood City, with regular travel to co-op markets, partner events, and stores across the country.
As the Growth Marketing Manager you will own the engine that turns marketing spend into ARR. This is one of a few Rundoo growth marketing roles, so you'll play a key role in shaping the campaigns and strategies we use in the future. Your mandate is to build on the existing demand-generation engine that turns marketing campaigns into qualified pipeline and, ultimately, ARR to help us scale spend and inbound volume into 2027. Together with the Head of Marketing, you’ll plan, launch, and optimize integrated campaigns across owned, earned, and paid channels.
Owned channels include email, website content, and social. Earned channels include third-party mentions, organic articles, and other credible coverage. Paid channels include digital ads, sponsored e-blasts, direct mail, advertorials, print placements, and other targeted media.
You’ll develop audience-focused campaigns, coordinate the right channel mix, and measure performance from engagement through qualified pipeline and closed-won revenue. Partnerships and co-marketing remain valuable parts of the mix, alongside broader demand-generation programs that reach buyers wherever they discover and evaluate Rundoo.
This is a hands-on demand generation role: you’ll build and run integrated campaigns across owned, earned, and paid channels, create and distribute campaign assets, test and refine messaging, and work closely with Sales and Marketing to improve lead quality, attribution, and pipeline results. Initial experiments and early programs are showing signs of traction and contributing to pipeline, creating a strong foundation to learn what works and scale it. You’ll report to the Head of Marketing, who brings the strategy and domain expertise and helps coordinate the team across demand generation, partnerships, and events. You’ll work alongside the Data Science team, who build the enrichment and attribution capabilities behind campaign targeting and measurement. You bring the growth instincts, creative execution, and analytical discipline to turn early momentum into a predictable demand-generation engine that drives qualified pipeline and ARR.
This is a prove-it-and-grow role. Early results point to meaningful potential across campaigns, partnerships, and conferences. As you demonstrate repeatable pipeline impact, the scope, budget, team, and level of the role can grow with it.
Turn marketing strategy into integrated campaigns. Work with the Head of Marketing to translate priorities, target audiences, and revenue goals into campaign plans, channel mixes, budgets, and timelines. Own day-to-day execution from launch through follow-up.
Run demand generation across owned, earned, and paid channels. Launch and optimize email, website content, social, digital ads, sponsored e-blasts, direct mail, advertorials, and print placements. Coordinate third-party coverage and content distribution, connecting each channel to a clear audience, message, and offer.
Create and distribute campaign assets. Build compelling emails, landing pages, ads, one-pagers, and case studies, working with internal teammates and vendors as needed. Carry projects from brief to delivery and keep campaigns moving on schedule.
Test, learn, and improve performance. Test audiences, messaging, offers, creative, and conversion paths. Use results to recommend where to scale, refine, or stop spend, in partnership with the Head of Marketing.
Convert interest into qualified pipeline. Build nurture and follow-up programs, and work closely with Sales and the SDR team on lead handoffs, qualification feedback, and campaign follow-through. Improve lead quality and conversion from initial engagement to sales opportunity.
Measure campaigns through pipeline and ARR. Maintain clear campaign tracking in Salesforce and work with Data Science on attribution and reporting. Track spend, engagement, qualified pipeline, and closed-won revenue; share actionable results and recommendations with the Head of Marketing.
Build a repeatable demand-generation engine. Document campaign playbooks, maintain the campaign calendar, and turn successful tests into repeatable programs. Help the Head of Marketing scale spend and inbound volume while keeping execution quality and revenue impact in focus.
We care more about whether you can grow pipeline and drive ARR than about a title history. The ideal candidate builds the collateral, works the relationships, and owns a revenue number rather than waiting to be handed a plan.
Hands-on demand-generation marketer - you build audience-focused campaigns across owned, earned, and paid channels, building the assets and managing execution yourself
Pipeline and revenue focused - you connect campaign performance to qualified pipeline and closed-won ARR, using conversion data and spend efficiency to recommend improvements rather than reporting activity alone
Strong campaign operator - you manage briefs, budgets, timelines, and follow-up, coordinate teammates and vendors, and reliably carry campaigns from idea to launch to results
Collaborative across Marketing and Sales - you work with the Head of Marketing on priorities and channel mix, with Sales and SDRs on lead quality and handoffs, and with Data Science on tracking and attribution
Test-and-iterate mindset - you ship, test messaging, audiences, and offers, and turn what works into repeatable programs; you bring clear recommendations to the Head of Marketing and adapt quickly as you learn
3+ years in growth marketing, demand generation, or a revenue-owning marketing role, with a demonstrable track record of driving ARR
Running multi-channel, full-funnel campaigns and being able to point to the pipeline and ARR they generated
Building branded collateral and running campaigns (e-blasts, webinars, one-pagers, magazine placements)
Hands-on with Salesforce: accounts, contacts, campaigns, and how pipeline is tracked and attributed
Working with a sales team to enable them with account intelligence i.e. MQL signals
SMB or owner-operator customers, and ideally distributor / co-op / buying-group ecosystems, rather than enterprise targeting
Comfortable in a CRM (Salesforce): accounts, contacts, campaigns, and clean partner-to-pipeline reporting
Comfortable with spreadsheets, lists, and outreach tooling, and with partnering with a Marketing Engineer on the enrichment behind partner-rep data
Able to work from Redwood City and travel to stores and events as needed
Comfort using AI tools to draft collateral, partner outreach, and enablement material at speed
Familiarity with paint, hardware, building materials, farm and feed, lawn and garden, or related industries and their media publications (GIE Media, Lawn & Garden Retailer, Hardware Connection, Paint and Decorating Retailer
Experience negotiating rate cards, sponsorships, or media placements with trade publications
Intro Call (30 mins) - Intro conversation with Shannon to get to know you.
Round 1 (remote, 30 mins) Titus, Head of Marketing, will go more in depth on the role and your experience.
Take home exercise (paid) - Develop a demand-generation plan for Rundoo targeting independent farm & feed supply stores. Assume you have a $50,000 and can use paid digital ads, email, direct mail, trade-publication placements, webinars, landing pages, and sales follow-up—but no preferred-vendor sponsorship or partner-distribution access. Design a reusable campaign toolkit with sample audience segments, messaging and offers, creative/copy examples, landing-page and nurture flows, channel mix, budget assumptions, measurement and attribution plan, and a 90-day test-and-scale cadence. Show the funnel math and operating assumptions required to generate $500k in qualified pipeline, including how you will define qualified pipeline, track spend and conversion by channel, and adjust if early results are below plan.
Round 2 (onsite) - Three conversations, plus lunch in our office:
(1 hr) Review your take-home and walk the hiring team through your decisions and assumptions
(30 mins) Conversation with Addy about events and conferences and how you'll work together
(30 mins) Conversation with Zach, one of our Product Managers, about how you'll work cross-functionally with Product.
Final Call (15 mins, remote) - Conversation with our CEO
Base Salary: $131,000
On-Target Earnings: $150,000
Variable: tied to partner-sourced pipeline created through campaigns and partner reps
Equity package: 3,801
Full medical, dental, and vision coverage (100% of premiums for you, 50% for dependents)

Here is the current makeup of our team:
Titus, Head of Marketing: (Owns strategy, domain expertise, and orchestration of the partnerships triangle.) Over a 15+ year career, I've been the first GTM/Marketing hire at five startups, embedding with founding teams to find product-market fit before the company spends money scaling. I build Marketing & GTM functions from scratch, ship code, close deals, and design the systems that turn early traction into repeatable revenue. Love to 🏂 and 🏍️. Claude 🤖 certified.
Amrit, Data Science: (Owns the enrichment, data, and attribution plumbing) Studied CS & English at Cornell; Data Scientist at Enigma; Public Interest Technology Fellow at the New York Public Library. Enjoys mending, maintenance & buying junk on eBay.
Addy, Marketing Specialist, Events & Conferences (Owns the shows where many of our clients and partners meet us)
Matt (Head of Sales), Royce (AE Manager), Derek (SDR Manager): the front line you enable; the SDR team owns converting the leads you and the partners create into SQLs
How the marketing pod divides: the Head of Marketing sets strategy and orchestrates; you own the partner and co-op channel and its relationships, the Events & Conferences Specialist owns the conferences and regional events, and Data Science builds the enrichment, data, and attribution that all of it runs on. Marketing creates the conditions and generates MQLs; the SDR team converts them to SQLs.
Andrew (CTO): studied computer science & humanities at Stanford, worked as a software engineer at Apple and head of engineering at Anova; danced with the SF ballet (where he met his wife)! 🩰
Nick (CEO): studied math & computer science at Stanford; worked as a trader at Bridgewater & Citadel and as a PM at Google & Enigma; distantly related to the founder of the Hershey company 🍫
