Level: M5
Location: CAD or US | Eastern or Pacific Timezone
Reports To: Michael Scott | Chief Marketing Officer
Department: Marketing
Type: Permanent | Full-Time
Vacancy Status: This is an active, approved role and we are currently hiring for this position.
At Solink, our mission is to safeguard what matters most. We provide businesses with the tools to know sooner and act faster by transforming video security into real-time operational insights.
Our cloud-based platform integrates seamlessly with your existing cameras and systems, turning them into intelligent sensors that detect and interpret key moments. This empowers teams to make data-driven decisions, enhance security, and improve operational efficiency.
Trusted by over 35,000 locations across 60+ countries - including brands like McDonald’s and JYSK - Solink delivers clarity when it counts. Our solutions help businesses reduce shrink, optimize performance, and respond proactively to potential threats.
We're growing rapidly, earning industry recognition, and scaling with purpose. We’ve been recognized by Deloitte’s Fast 50™ and Fast 500™, Business Intelligence Group, and as one of Ottawa’s Best Places to Work. And we’re just getting started!
Solink is looking for a (head of) Senior Director, Product Marketing and Customer Marketing to create category leadership and sharpen our positioning - accelerating adoption, differentiation, and revenue across our key products. This is a newly unified leadership role, bringing Product Marketing and Customer Marketing together so the story we tell to prospects and the story we tell to existing customers reinforce each other.
You'll own positioning and messaging, lead go-to-market strategy for major launches, run competitive intelligence and win/loss, scale sales enablement, and stand up an Analyst Relations (AR) program - while also owning how we market to and grow our existing customer base through advocacy, references, and expansion programs.
This is a senior, executive-facing role for someone who can define a category, arm a sales team to win, and build a team and function from a strong existing base of product marketers.
Positioning & Messaging
Own product positioning, messaging, and narrative across Solink’s platform and key products and industries we serve.
Develop and defend a category point of view that differentiates Solink from adjacent and competing solutions.
Test and refine messaging with customers, prospects, and sales to ensure it resonates and converts.
GTM Strategy
Lead go-to-market strategy and execution for major feature and product launches, partnering with Product, Demand Gen, Sales, and Customer Success.
Build launch playbooks and processes that scale across a growing product portfolio.
Identify opportunities to grow adoption and ARPU through positioning, packaging, and GTM for new features and add-ons.
Competitive Intelligence
Own Solink’s competitive intelligence program, keeping a current, accurate view of the competitive landscape.
Run a win/loss program that turns deal outcomes into sharper positioning and enablement.
Educate internal teams - Sales, Marketing, Product - on competitive threats and how to respond to them.
Sales Enablement
Build and scale sales enablement content — battlecards, pitch decks, objection handling, and training — that drives rep proficiency and win rate.
Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and RevOps to ensure enablement keeps pace with the roadmap and competitive landscape.
Measure and improve enablement adoption and its impact on ramp time and win rate.
Analyst Relations (AR)
Build Solink’s Analyst Relations program from the ground up, establishing relationships with relevant industry analysts.
Prepare briefings, RFI/RFP responses, and positioning materials for analyst evaluations and reports.
Translate analyst feedback into product, positioning, and GTM recommendations for leadership.
Customer Marketing & Advocacy
Own customer marketing strategy - references, case studies, testimonials, and advocacy programs that support both sales, demand gen, channel and brand.
Partner with Demand Gen and Customer Success on programs that drive adoption, expansion, and retention among existing customers.
Build a scalable customer reference and advisory program to support field marketing pg growth, competitive deals and category-building efforts.
10+ years of experience in product marketing, with meaningful experience in customer marketing, competitive intelligence, or analyst relations.
A proven track record building category positioning that differentiates a product in a competitive market.
Experience leading go-to-market strategy and execution for major product launches end-to-end.
Experience building or scaling a sales enablement function, with measurable impact on win rate or ramp time.
Comfort building new functions from scratch, including Analyst Relations or customer advocacy programs.
Strong executive communication skills, with experience presenting positioning and strategy to CMO, executive, and board-level audiences.
Experience building and coaching a team of product and/or customer marketers.
Solink has a clear, differentiated category position that Sales, Marketing, Channel, and Product all use consistently.
Major launches land on time with strong adoption and a measurable revenue contribution.
Sales wins more competitive deals, supported by sharp, current competitive intelligence and enablement.
Solink has an active, credible presence with relevant industry analysts.
Existing customers become a growing source of references, advocacy, and expansion revenue.
Experience in physical security, video surveillance, IoT, or a related B2B technology industry.
Experience building an Analyst Relations function in a company that didn’t previously have one.
Experience scaling a product or customer marketing function as a company grows past $100M+ ARR.
Familiarity with sales enablement and customer marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, SalesForce, Highspot, Seismic, Gainsight).
Role Expectations
This is an M5 level role. At Solink, individuals at this level set the strategic direction for a major function, translating executive priorities into scalable execution, building organizational capability through the leaders and teams they develop, and are accountable for delivering sustained business outcomes.
In This Role, You'll Be Expected To:
Own the long-term strategy, operating model, and performance of Product & Customer Marketing, translating CMO and executive priorities into clear roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
Build and grow a high-performing team, developing future leaders and building strong marketing capability across the function.
Partner with the CMO and cross-functional executives (Sales, Product, Customer Success) to influence company-wide GTM priorities and strategic initiatives.
Establish scalable systems, playbooks, and operating rhythms — launch process, sales enablement, win/loss, AR, customer advocacy — that improve effectiveness beyond any single program.
Represent Product & Customer Marketing internally as the senior authority on positioning and category strategy, building trusted relationships across the organization.
What Success Looks Like:
Product & Customer Marketing is recognized as a strategic, executive-level function with a clear seat at the GTM table, not a service arm to Sales or Demand Gen.
The team and leaders you build operate with growing autonomy and are developing toward their own next level.
The systems and playbooks you establish scale beyond you and are adopted company-wide, outlasting any single launch or campaign.
Candidates must undergo a criminal records check upon hire;

Trusted by over 30,000 locations across 32+ countries - including brands like McDonald’s and JYSK - Solink delivers clarity when it counts.
We're looking for a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to join our Device Management team.
This is an engineering role first: you'll design and build test automation frameworks, tooling, and infrastructure that let the whole team ship confidently at speed. You'll write real code, against our Rust/Node.js APIs, our React front end, and our AWS serverless infrastructure, to make the system testable, simulate device behavior at scale, and catch problems before they reach customers. You'll work as a peer to developers, contributing to architecture discussions, code reviews, and design decisions, with quality and testability as your lens.
You'll have significant latitude to shape how the team approaches testing, from framework design to CI/CD integration to how we simulate thousands of IoT devices and video streams in a repeatable, automated way.
Automation Framework & Tooling Development
Design, build, and maintain automated test frameworks and libraries spanning REST APIs, UI (React), security, and end-to-end/integration layers.
Write production-quality code for test harnesses, device simulators, performance tools and mocks that emulate IoT device behavior and video streams at scale.
Build and maintain tooling that improves testability across the stack — including for distributed, event-driven components (Lambda, DynamoDB, SQS, Kinesis).
Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines, optimizing for fast, reliable feedback on every build and deployment.
Evaluate and introduce new tools, frameworks, and approaches to keep test infrastructure scalable as the platform and team grow.
Engineering Collaboration & Architecture
Participate as a technical peer in design sessions, RFCs, and architecture discussions — advocating for testability, observability, and reliability from the start.
Review code and pull requests with an eye toward correctness, edge cases, performance, and long-term maintainability.
Work closely with backend and frontend engineers to understand system design and build automation that reflects real production behavior.
Contribute to system reliability by supporting monitoring, alerting, and troubleshooting efforts, including issues involving device connectivity.
Test Strategy & Coverage
Design test plans and strategies for new and existing features, deciding where automation adds the most value versus targeted manual/exploratory testing.
Drive test coverage for IoT device configuration, monitoring, deployment, and connectivity workflows, as well as video playback, recording, and streaming features.
Validate distributed cloud systems for correctness, performance, and resilience under realistic and edge-case load.
Own test estimation and planning as part of sprint and release cycles, working directly with engineering leads.
Quality Leadership
Act as a proactive voice for quality across the engineering org — identifying systemic risks early and proposing engineering solutions (not just flagging bugs).
Mentor other engineers and QA team members on automation practices, framework usage, and testable design.
Provide direct, technically grounded feedback to developers and stakeholders when quality or architecture decisions are at risk.
Must-Have:
5+ years of experience in software testing with strong hands-on coding ability — this is a build-things role, not primarily a manual-execution role.
Strong programming skills in Python, plus working proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript and/or Rust, sufficient to build and maintain real test infrastructure and tooling.
Demonstrated experience designing and building test automation frameworks from the ground up (API, UI, or integration layers), not just using existing ones.
Comfortable working in Linux environments.
Solid understanding of AWS services (Lambda, DynamoDB, SQS, Kinesis, or similar) and how they underpin distributed, serverless SaaS applications.
Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and treating test infrastructure as a first-class engineering deliverable.
Ability to read and reason about production code, participate meaningfully in code reviews, and collaborate with developers as a technical peer.
Strong systems thinking — able to reason about distributed, event-driven, and resilience-focused architectures.
Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to give direct, technically substantiated feedback to developers and stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical/engineering experience.
Nice-to-Have:
Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (CDK, Terraform, Serverless Framework) for provisioning test environments.
Experience with IoT device communication protocols and building device simulators for test purposes.
Experience with video development, video streaming technologies, or testing video pipelines.
Familiarity with production monitoring and observability tooling (e.g., Datadog, Grafana, CloudWatch).
Experience with Snowflake, Elasticsearch, or other cloud-native data platforms.
Contributions to open-source testing/automation tools, or strong personal projects demonstrating framework design skills.
Prior experience in a fast-growing SaaS environment.
Interest in eventually contributing to product code, or a background that blends SDET and full-stack development work.
Candidates must undergo a criminal records check upon hire.
Candidates will be required to attend at least one (1) in-person interview at the Ottawa office.
Must be a Canadian citizen (dual citizens included) or eligible to work in Canada.
Must be willing to comply with Solink's security policies and standards.
Mandatory onboarding in Ottawa during the first week of employment.
Periodic in-person visits required (quarterly basis) for non-Ottawa based employees

We're looking for a Technical Accounting Manager to be our go-to person on technical accounting research, keeping our accounting policies current, and assisting with complex transaction accounting for the company. This role is distinct from the core close/consolidation function — it's focused on getting the judgment calls right: revenue recognition for complex or bundled hardware/software arrangements, new accounting pronouncements, and one-off or non-routine transactions. You'll report to the Assistant Controller and act as the internal technical resource for the rest of the accounting and finance operations team, as well as a key liaison to external auditors on complex matters.
Given our hardware-enabled SaaS model and multi-entity structure reporting under IFRS, this role has real scope for meaningful technical work — multi-element revenue arrangements, lease accounting, share-based payments, and financial instruments, among others.
Research and document technical accounting positions on complex or non-routine transactions (e.g., multi-element hardware/SaaS bundled arrangements, contract modifications, new product launches).
Draft accounting memos supporting judgment areas under IFRS (e.g., IFRS 15 revenue recognition, IFRS 16 leases, IFRS 2 share-based payments, IAS 36 impairment).
Monitor new and amended IFRS pronouncements, assess impact on the business, and lead implementation efforts.
Partner with Legal, Sales, and Product teams to review new contract structures and advise on accounting implications before deals close.
Work with the Assistant Controller to review technical accounting policies and ensure they are documented, current, and consistently applied across all legal entities.
Act as the primary point of contact for auditors on technical accounting matters and complex areas of judgment.
Support M&A due diligence and purchase accounting, if applicable.
Partner with the Assistant Controller on the practical application of technical positions during the close process.
Provide training and guidance to the broader accounting team on technical topics.
This is a P4 level role. At Solink, individuals at this level are established contributors who work independently within their area of expertise while receiving general direction from their manager.
In this role, you'll be expected to:
Serves as the go-to resource for IFRS interpretation on complex, non-routine transactions for the accounting team and the entire organization
Drafts technical accounting memos and position papers with minimal oversight
Evaluates new revenue arrangements, leases, or financial instruments for accounting treatment
Own Solink’s accounting policy manual
What success looks like:
Solink accounting policy manual is completed and up to date
Clean and efficient annual audit process
Solink prepared well in advance of any accounting changes impacting financial reporting
Must-Have
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; CPA or CA required (or in progress).
3-5 years of accounting experience, including public accounting (Big 4 or large regional firm) experience strongly preferred.
Deep working knowledge of IFRS, with particular strength in revenue recognition (IFRS 15) and other judgment-heavy areas.
Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate research and first-draft memo preparation, with rigorous review and professional judgment applied before finalizing any position.
Experience with multi-element or bundled revenue arrangements — hardware/software combined offerings a strong plus.
Strong technical writing skills; ability to produce clear, well-supported accounting memos.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-accounting stakeholders (Sales, Legal, Product).
Preferred Experience
Exposure to IFRS reporting.
Experience working directly with external auditors on complex accounting matters.
Experience in a hardware-enabled SaaS or similarly complex revenue environment.
Experience with multi-entity, multi-currency reporting structures.
Experience leading new accounting standard implementation projects.
Candidates must undergo a criminal records check upon hire;
Be a Canadian Citizen (dual citizens included), or eligible to work in Canada;
Be willing to comply with Solink’s own security policies and standards.

We are looking for an AI Enablement Lead to help build and scale how our organization works with AI. This role sits within People & Culture because our opportunity with AI is fundamentally about people, capability, and how work gets done. The AI Enablement Lead will be responsible for building the skills, habits, systems, and community that enable employees to use AI effectively, responsibly, and consistently across the company.
This is not an AI engineering role. Instead, this person will operate at the intersection of AI, learning, organizational change, and business transformation. A core part of the role will be building and leading our AI Superteam: a cross-functional network of AI experts and champions embedded within each department. These individuals will maintain their existing functional reporting lines while having a dotted-line relationship to the AI Enablement Lead. Together, this network will identify opportunities, test new ways of working, share best practices, and scale high-impact AI use cases across the organization.
The ideal candidate is both AI-fluent and highly people-oriented. They do not need to be the deepest technical AI expert in the company. They need to understand what AI can enable, translate that into practical changes in how people work, and bring people together to make those changes stick.
Develop and execute a company-wide strategy for AI capability, adoption, and enablement in partnership with leadership, Technology, Security, Legal, and business teams.
Identify the skills, behaviours, and ways of working employees will need as AI becomes increasingly embedded in our work.
Build a practical roadmap for moving the organization from AI awareness to meaningful adoption and measurable impact.
Build, coordinate, and lead a cross-functional AI Superteam made up of designated AI experts from across the organization.
Establish a clear operating model, expectations, priorities, and cadence for the Superteam.
Create a forum where teams can share experiments, successful use cases, challenges, and emerging AI practices.
Partner with department AI experts to identify high-value opportunities and help move promising experiments from individual use cases into scalable organizational practices.
Create mechanisms for knowledge-sharing so that an AI innovation in one function can be discovered and adapted by others.
Design and deliver role-based AI learning experiences for employees, managers, and leaders.
Build practical resources such as playbooks, use-case libraries, prompt frameworks, guides, workshops, and office hours.
Help employees develop the judgment required to evaluate AI-generated work for accuracy, quality, usefulness, completeness, and appropriate human review.

We’re expanding our Channel team and hiring a Channel Account Manager (CAM) to own and grow Solink’s strategic partnership with Comcast. This is a quota-carrying, pipeline-generation role responsible for activating Comcast sellers, driving deal registration, running a disciplined co-sell motion with Solink Account Executives and Brand Specialists, and progressing opportunities from initial engagement through pilot and multi-site rollout.
You’ll act as the bridge between Solink and Comcast, building relationships across divisions, regions, and levels of the organization to earn seller mindshare and make Solink easy to sell. You’ll be close to where the selling happens—enabling sellers, coaching live opportunities, coordinating the right Solink resources, and removing friction before it stalls a deal.
Your success will be measured by the partner-sourced pipeline and bookings generated through Comcast, the volume and quality of registered opportunities, and the co-sell revenue you help drive alongside Solink’s sales organization.
Activate Comcast Sellers at Scale: Build seller engagement across Comcast divisions through training, targeted 1:1 enablement, and live opportunity coaching. Help sellers recognize when Solink is a strong fit and confidently introduce the solution to their customers.
Drive Partner-Sourced Pipeline & Bookings: Create the cadence, accountability, and joint activity required to consistently generate qualified Comcast-sourced opportunities and convert them into revenue.
Own the Deal Registration Motion: Manage deal registration end-to-end, including validating opportunities and site counts, coordinating pricing and approvals, protecting partner opportunities, and removing friction so deals progress efficiently.
Run a Disciplined Co-Sell Motion: Partner with Solink Account Executives and Brand Specialists to map Comcast’s install base against target accounts, coordinate joint outreach, clarify ownership throughout the sales process, and keep opportunities moving.
Progress Pilots into Rollouts: Coordinate the right resources across Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and other Solink teams to support successful pilots and help Comcast build compelling cases for broader customer expansion.
Build Repeatable Brand Plays: Leverage Solink’s approved-vendor relationships and standard pricing within major restaurant brands to develop repeatable franchise plays, penetration strategies, introductions, and joint outreach with Comcast.
Deliver World-Class Partner Enablement: Maintain a consistent enablement cadence covering Solink’s platform, vertical positioning, competitive plays, technical fundamentals, sales tools, and escalation paths that keep Comcast sellers confident and unblocked.
Forecast, Track & Report Performance: Run structured pipeline reviews with Comcast leadership, maintain accurate CRM and PRM data, and provide clear forecasts and performance updates to Channel and Sales leadership.
Deepen Executive Relationships: Lead Quarterly Business Reviews, facilitate executive-sponsor relationships, and drive joint planning that strengthens the partnership and turns strategic alignment into measurable go-to-market execution.
This is a P4 level role. At Solink, individuals at this level are experienced contributors who operate with a high degree of autonomy within their area of expertise. They lead complex initiatives, influence cross-functional outcomes, and use their expertise to raise the effectiveness of those around them.
In this role, you’ll be expected to:
Strategically own the Comcast partnership end-to-end, identifying where to focus across divisions, sellers, accounts, and opportunities to maximize partner-sourced pipeline, bookings, and long-term growth.
Lead complex co-sell and partner initiatives across Comcast and Solink, proactively anticipating blockers, aligning stakeholders, and providing direction to keep opportunities and joint priorities moving forward.
Build trusted relationships from frontline sellers through executive sponsors, influencing Comcast to prioritize Solink and creating strong alignment and accountability around shared goals.
Develop repeatable enablement, account-mapping, brand, and go-to-market plays that improve seller activation, create pipeline, and scale what works across the Comcast organization.
Represent the partnership across Solink, bringing forward partner, customer, and market insights to influence Sales, Channel, Marketing, Product, and other cross-functional priorities.
Raise the effectiveness of the broader team by sharing channel expertise, coaching others through complex partner opportunities, and continuously improving the frameworks and practices used to execute the Comcast partnership.
What success looks like:
The Comcast partnership consistently delivers against partner-sourced pipeline, bookings, and co-sell revenue goals while building a strong foundation for continued growth.
Comcast sellers actively identify, register, and progress Solink opportunities, with successful approaches becoming repeatable across divisions and regions.
Complex co-sell opportunities and pilots progress effectively because risks are anticipated, ownership is clear, and the right Comcast and Solink stakeholders are engaged at the right time.
Solink has strong relationships across Comcast—from frontline sellers to executive sponsors—and is viewed as a strategic partner rather than simply another product in the portfolio.
Joint go-to-market, enablement, and brand plays create measurable results and can be scaled across the Comcast organization rather than relying on one-off execution.
Solink leaders and cross-functional teams trust you to represent the Comcast partnership, provide meaningful market insight, and help shape decisions that strengthen the long-term relationship.
Experienced Channel Professional: You bring 3–5+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or alliances, ideally within physical security, SaaS, networking, or a related technology environment. You’ve carried a number and successfully grown partner-sourced business.
Experienced in Large Partner Organizations: You’ve worked within or alongside a telco, ISP, carrier, national integrator, or large MSP and understand how to navigate divisions, regions, and multiple layers of leadership to earn seller attention and engagement.
Enablement-Driven Coach: You know how to build training that changes seller behaviour and are comfortable coaching sellers in the moment, including during live customer opportunities.
Fluent in Partner Mechanics: Deal registration, co-selling, referral and resale models, MDF and incentives, joint go-to-market planning, and QBRs are familiar territory.
Strategic Thinker, Tactical Executor: You can develop a joint partner plan and then execute the hands-on work required to make it successful—from pipeline reviews and deal support to seller activation and follow-through.
Comfortable in a Technical Sale: You don’t need to be an engineer, but you can confidently navigate conversations involving cameras, bandwidth, network topology, and integrations—and know when to bring in Sales Engineering.
Relationship Builder & Influencer: You can build credibility from frontline sellers through executive sponsors and motivate a large partner organization to prioritize Solink alongside competing solutions.
Strong Communicator & Presenter: Whether you’re training a group of sellers, running a QBR, or working through a complex opportunity, you communicate clearly, persuasively, and with the audience in mind.
Data-Driven & Process-Oriented: You use CRM and PRM data across pipeline, conversion, forecast, and activity to identify gaps early and determine where action is required.
Candidates must undergo a criminal records check upon hire;
Be a Canadian Citizen (dual citizens included), or eligible to work in Canada;
Be willing to comply with Solink’s own security policies and standards.
The salary range for this role is $240,000-270,000 CAD.
We determine compensation based on the experience, skills, and impact you bring to the role.
Candidates hired closer to the top of the range will typically demonstrate developing capability throughout the interview process. This means they already have the knowledge, skills, and competencies needed to perform successfully in the role, can ramp up quickly, and are expected to become fully proficient in the position within a short period of time.

Solink is looking for a Tax & Treasury Specialist to join our Finance organization. This role starts from a foundation in tax compliance and planning, with the opportunity to grow into treasury responsibilities, including short-term cash forecasting and cash flow management. We're less focused on someone who already has deep treasury experience, and more focused on finding someone with solid core tax fundamentals who is curious, adaptable, and excited to expand into treasury over time.
You'll work closely with the Director of Accounting and cross-functionally with the Accounting, FP&A and Finance Operations teams, as well as our external advisors. Our company reports under IFRS and operates globally, so this role touches multi-jurisdictional tax considerations where you will need to proactively identify tax risks, interpret evolving legislation, and build repeatable processes that minimize risk while supporting business growth.
Prepare and/or support federal, state/provincial, and local tax filings across all legal entities, coordinating with external tax advisors as needed.
Support sales/use tax, GST/HST, and VAT compliance across jurisdictions, including monitoring nexus as the business scales — hardware shipments introduce physical nexus considerations beyond typical SaaS.
Assist with quarterly and annual tax provision calculations under IFRS, working with the accounting team and external advisors.
Use AI tools to accelerate tax law research, first-draft technical memos, and summarize regulatory updates.Research and document tax positions on new products, contract structures, and cross-border transactions between entities.
Support tax planning opportunities as they arise (e.g., R&D tax credits, intercompany transfer pricing considerations, jurisdictional structuring).
Maintain the tax compliance calendar across all jurisdictions to ensure timely, accurate filings.
Help respond to tax notices and support tax audits.
Monitor changes in tax law across jurisdictions relevant to the business.
Act as a first point of contact for Sales, Procurement, and Operations on routine tax questions.
Review customer and vendor contracts to ensure appropriate tax treatment.
Support new market expansion by evaluating tax registration and compliance requirements.
Translate complex tax regulations into practical guidance for business stakeholders.
Learn and eventually own the short-term (13-week) cash flow forecast, incorporating inputs from AR, AP, payroll, and capital expenditures.
Support monitoring of daily cash positions across bank accounts and currencies.
Gain exposure to banking relationships, account structures, and treasury tools/platforms.
Assist with intercompany funding tracking and foreign currency exposure considerations.
Support annual treasury planning and working capital analysis as skills develop.
Explore opportunities to use AI tools to speed up variance analysis on the cash forecast (e.g., flagging unusual AR/AP timing) and to automate recurring reconciliation or reporting tasks.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
CPA/CA in progress or completed.
2-4 years of tax compliance experience; multi-jurisdictional exposure a plus but not required.
No prior treasury experience required — we're looking for genuine interest in learning cash forecasting and treasury operations.
Comfortable with ambiguity and picking up new processes; adaptable and curious by nature.
Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) to support research, drafting, and analysis — no specific AI experience required, but genuine interest in using these tools to work more efficiently is a plus.
Strong Excel skills; exposure to tax software (e.g., Avalara) or ERP systems is a plus.
Strong communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally with Accounting, FP&A, and Operations.
Detail-oriented and organized, able to manage multiple deadlines.
Exposure to IFRS reporting.
Experience in a SaaS, hardware, or hybrid hardware/software business.
Exposure to multi-entity or multi-currency environments.
Experience supporting external audits (financial statement and/or tax).
Experience supporting international tax compliance beyond Canada and the United States.
Global tax experience, including VAT and other indirect/direct taxes in international jurisdictions such as the EU.

The Core Applications team owns what our customers interact with every day — the web app and the mobile app. Our web application has been running in production for over a decade, trusted by thousands of operators across countries. This isn’t a greenfield role; it’s a stewardship role.
We’re looking for a Staff Software Engineer, Core Applications (P4) who takes genuine pride in the quality, reliability, and feel of software that people actually depend on. At this level, you’re trusted to set technical direction across web, mobile, and API layers, to be a strategic collaborator on team- and org-wide initiatives, and to mentor colleagues both within Core Applications and cross-functionally. You’ll work across a React/TypeScript web app and a React Native mobile app, owning features end-to-end from design through delivery. You build APIs, ship UI, write tests, monitor production, and come back the next day looking for what to improve next. You care about the craft: clean code, thoughtful API design, smooth UI, and a codebase future teammates will thank you for. You’re also AI-native, you use AI tools as a force multiplier and bring that mindset into everything you do.
Build and improve features across the web (React/TypeScript) and mobile (React Native/Expo) applications, constantly raising the bar on what “good” looks like for our customers
Own features end-to-end, collaborate with product and design, design and implement APIs, write the code, write the tests, ship it, monitor it
Drive architecture and technical direction across web, mobile, and API layers, and document key decisions so they scale beyond you
Drive meaningful improvements to stability, performance, and UX, identifying and eliminating pain points proactively, not just reactively
Design and build APIs in NestJS/TypeScript that power rich, responsive experiences across web and mobile
Leverage AI tools to move faster and write better code, treating AI assistants as a core part of your workflow for coding, debugging, code review, and research
Raise the bar on code quality through thoughtful code reviews, targeted refactoring, and knowledge sharing
Triage and resolve bugs with urgency and care, minimizing customer impact
Act as a strategic collaborator on technical decisions regarding architecture, tooling, and patterns within the applications team
Mentor and support teammates, including more junior & senior engineers and cross-functional partners, share what you know and lift the team
This is a P4 - Staff level role. At Solink, individuals at this level are strategic collaborators who set technical direction, mentor across and beyond their immediate team, and can be relied on to drive team- and org-wide initiatives with minimal direction.

Coach and mentor other engineers through complex problems, and give constructive, direct feedback
Build frameworks, standards, and tooling that scale the team’s effectiveness beyond any single feature
Continuously grow your own expertise and share learnings back with the team
What success looks like:
Web and mobile applications that are measurably more stable, performant, and pleasant to use
A codebase and set of engineering practices that the rest of the team points to as the standard
Junior and intermediate engineers who are visibly leveling up because of your mentorship
AI tooling meaningfully embedded in how the team designs, builds, reviews, and ships
Must-Have:
Strong production TypeScript and React experience, ideally with long tenure on a single mature product, not just a series of greenfields
Full-stack ownership: comfortable designing REST APIs (NestJS is a bonus), working with PostgreSQL and Redis, and tracing issues across the stack
Demonstrated ownership of end-to-end system architecture across web, mobile, and API platforms, including establishing documentation practices that scale technical decision-making across teams.
Track record on a mature, customer-facing product, you know how to improve something trusted by thousands of customers without breaking it
You actively use AI tools to accelerate your work, and you’re constantly looking for more leverage from them
Solid understanding of REST APIs and how frontend and backend systems interact — you’re comfortable owning both sides
Awareness of performance trade-offs in web and mobile contexts, you know when something will feel slow before it ships
Ability to trace bugs across layers (UI → API → DB) and communicate clearly about root causes
Strong opinions, held loosely, you bring perspective to technical discussions and remain open to better ideas
Product instinct: you ask ‘is this the right thing to build?’ before diving into implementation, and you engage with product and design as a true partner
Clear communicator, your PR descriptions, Jira comments, and Slack messages make sense to both engineers and non-engineers
Comfortable with ambiguity and large surface area, you can self-direct, prioritize, and ask the right clarifying questions without hand-holding
Nice-to-Have:
Hands-on React Native experience, you understand the differences between web and native rendering
Experience with video streaming, security camera systems, or POS/retail tech
Familiarity with automated testing in React and React Native (Jest, Detox, Playwright, or similar)
Exposure to mobile CI/CD and App Store / Play Store release pipelines
Experience building or integrating AI-powered features and LLM capabilities into user-facing products
NestJS or other Node.js backend framework experience

Level: M3 |
Location: CAN/USA | Remote
Reports To: Michael Scott, Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)
Type: Permanent | Full-Time
At Solink, our mission is to safeguard what matters most. We provide businesses with the tools to know sooner and act faster by transforming video into real-time operational insights. Our cloud-based platform integrates seamlessly with existing cameras and systems, turning them into intelligent sensors that detect and interpret key moments — empowering teams to make data-driven decisions, enhance security, and improve operational efficiency. Trusted by over 30,000 locations across 32+ countries, including brands like McDonald's and JYSK, Solink delivers clarity when it counts.
Solink is looking for a Senior Manager, Content to build the narrative and content engine that establishes Solink as the leader of our category — and to arm our Sales and Marketing teams with the content assets that drive demand. You'll own our category point of view, our educational thought-leadership content, and our speaker & influencer program, turning Solink's expertise into content the market seeks out.
This is a player-coach role for someone who can set a brand narrative, build a content program around it, and lead a team (plus a network of freelancers/agencies) to ship on a consistent cadence.
Category & Brand Narrative
Define and maintain Solink's category narrative and brand point of view, in partnership with Product Marketing and executive stakeholders.
Commission or produce original research and data-driven thought leadership (e.g., industry benchmark reports, trend studies) that positions Solink as the category authority.
Content Strategy & Editorial Calendar
Build and manage an editorial calendar covering owned channels (blog, LinkedIn, newsletter),, and owned executive channels (speaking, podcasts).
Set the quality bar and editorial standards across the content program.
Speaker & Influencer Program
Run the trade-focused speaker and influencer program end-to-end: prospecting and vetting speakers/influencers, securing speaking slots and partnerships, briefing spokespeople, and measuring reach and pipeline impact.
Manage Solink executives, customers, and external partners/analysts as speakers, panelists, and content collaborators at relevant trade events.
Sales & Marketing Enablement
Partner with Sales and Demand Gen to turn thought-leadership content into enablement assets — battlecards, social proof points, webinar content, and campaign copy.
Convert content into usable assets (talk tracks, one-pagers, social content, sales decks) that reps and campaigns can deploy directly.
Team & Vendor Management
Manage a content team and/or a network of freelance writers, designers, and agencies.
Manage budget for content production, speaker fees/sponsorships, and influencer partnerships.
Measurement & Reporting
Own content performance measurement (engagement, share of voice, pipeline influence) and report against goals to marketing leadership.
7+ years in content marketing, brand marketing, or content strategy roles, including B2B SaaS or a comparable technical category.
2+ years of direct people management or managing a mixed team of employees, freelancers, and agencies.
Demonstrated ownership of a brand or category narrative, and experience turning it into a sustained content program (not a single campaign).
Experience building or running a speaker, analyst, or influencer program (conferences, paid podcasts, partner co-marketing).
Strong editorial judgment and hands-on writing/editing ability; comfortable both setting strategy and producing content directly when needed.
Track record partnering closely with Sales and/or Demand Gen to convert content into pipeline-supporting assets.
This is an M3 level role — Solink's Senior Manager archetype. At Solink, individuals at this level are key leaders within their department: they effectively manage their team, provide strategic guidance on organizational initiatives and priorities, set direction independently, and execute at a high level.
In this role, you'll be expected to:
Lead large-scale projects and initiatives that have an impact on the organization, while keeping Solink's strategy and goals top of mind.
Operate with very little supervision and a high level of autonomy.
Lend a strong voice in developing the strategic goals of Marketing and the broader organization.
Drive, manage, and make decisions on overall content and brand prioritization and execution within the agreed strategy.
Develop and mentor your team members (and manage freelancers/agencies) to achieve team and career goals.
Manage the work of leads and/or senior contributors across multiple stakeholders — Sales, Demand Gen, Product Marketing, and executive spokespeople.
Identify goals and scope the team's work, and hold the team accountable for its output.
Proactively resolve cross-team dependencies and conflicts, and champion adoption of new content and brand processes.
Content & Brand is recognized as a strategic partner to Sales and Demand Gen, not an on-demand content shop.
The narrative, editorial calendar (e.g., blogs, assets), and speaker/influencer program you build operate on a predictable cadence and outlast any single campaign.
Your team — direct reports, freelancers, and agencies — is developing toward the next level, with clear ownership and accountability.
A published, cross-functionally adopted category narrative and messaging framework.
A running content engine (editorial calendar, production pipeline) shipping on a consistent cadence.
A launched speaker & influencer program with a defined roster and a first cohort of secured placements.
Documented lift in share of voice/category association and in Sales-reported use of content assets in deals.
Experience in physical security, loss prevention, retail operations, or another category with a strong operations/data angle.
Experience commissioning or producing original research/data studies as thought-leadership content.
Familiarity with content and social analytics tooling, and comfort reporting content performance in business terms (pipeline, share of voice) rather than vanity metrics.
Candidates must undergo a criminal records check upon hire;
Be a Canadian or American Citizen, or eligible to work in Canada or the United States.
Be willing to comply with Solink’s own security policies and standards.
We do things the Solink way:
Act with URGENCY – Our customers move fast, so we do too.
Deliver with QUALITY – We sweat the details and hold a high bar.
Win with TEAM – No egos. Just outcomes, built together.
Lead with TRUST – We earn it through clarity, consistency, and care.
These aren’t just words—they shape how we hire, lead, and grow.
We’re not just building tech - we’re building a place where great people do great work.

Meaningful equity: Every full-time, permanent employee has a stake in our growth.
Comprehensive benefits: A stellar benefits package, ensuring you're fully supported with anything you need.
Wellness support: Monthly reimbursement for fitness, wellness, or mental health programs.
Growth through merit: Advancement is based on contribution, initiative, and the ability to raise the bar - together.
Candid culture: Clear expectations, honest feedback, and no politics.

A proven track record of designing and scaling an end-to-end operating model in a high-growth B2B technology, SaaS or hardware-enabled services environment.
Demonstrated success leading process-improvement and automation initiatives with measurable impact on efficiency, quality or revenue.
Strong analytical and business acumen, with experience owning KPIs, capacity planning and operational reporting tied to financial outcomes such as ARR.
Excellent cross-functional leadership and communication skills, with the credibility to influence senior leaders and drive alignment.
Nice-to-Have:
Experience in physical security, video surveillance, IoT or other field-deployed technology.
Experience managing installation partner or channel networks across multiple regions.
Familiarity with operations tooling and automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, NetSuite, Asana, Jira, n8n or similar).
Background in Lean, Six Sigma or other formal continuous-improvement methodologies.

Department: Revenue Operations
Reports To: Faye Campbell | Senior Director of Revenue Operations
Type: Permanent | Full-Time
Vacancy Status: This is an active, approved role and we are currently hiring for this position.
At Solink, our mission is to safeguard what matters most. We provide businesses with the tools to know sooner and act faster by transforming video security into real-time operational insights.
Our cloud-based platform integrates seamlessly with your existing cameras and systems, turning them into intelligent sensors that detect and interpret key moments. This empowers teams to make data-driven decisions, enhance security, and improve operational efficiency.
Trusted by over 30,000 locations across 32+ countries - including brands like McDonald’s and JYSK - Solink delivers clarity when it counts.
Revenue Operations at Solink owns the data, systems, and processes that power our go-to-market engine, from first touch through renewal and expansion. As a Revenue Operations Manager, you will be a key strategic partner to GTM leadership and will bring the experience and technical expertise required to support a broad and varied enterprise sales motion.
We require an experienced Sales Operations professional who can bring structure and discipline to a complex, land-and-expand deal landscape where growth comes through a high volume of interconnected pilots, rollouts, and expansions rather than a handful of long, linear deals. Success here requires a holistic understanding of the complexity of the sales journey and the technical data skills to knit the revenue narrative together.
You will steward the integrity of our GTM data in Salesforce, working closely with our CRM platform team and shaping recommendations on design, automation, and process. You have strong opinions about what good looks like, can develop a roadmap to get us there, and can be a hands-on contributor to building it out.
As an analyst, you will partner closely with GTM leadership to provide forecasts, insights, and develop hypotheses about how the business grows. You will develop the data foundations required to advance our reporting beyond observational weather reporting to strategically impactful forecasting, scenario planning, and whitespace analysis.
Act as a deeply embedded strategic partner to GTM leadership, with a strong focus on sales operations
Design and maintain the capacity and territory model, headcount planning, and collaborate closely with partners on the commission model
Design and evolve end-to-end revenue processes, from lead qualification through close, deployment, expansion and retention
Maintain deep familiarity with the full revenue funnel, from acquisition to expansion, with strong cross-functional alignment across Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, and Finance
Build and maintain complex, cross-object reports and dashboards giving leadership a clear, real-time view of pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and operational performance
Proactively identify and resolve data integrity issues, automation gaps, and process bottlenecks
Navigate a complex, multi-stakeholder landscape, aligning Sales, Marketing, CS, Operations, and Finance leaders
This is an M3 level role. At Solink, leaders at this level operate with a high degree of autonomy, lead complex initiatives with organization-wide impact, and help shape the strategic direction of their function. They lead through others, develop strong teams, and are accountable for translating company strategy into clear priorities, execution, and measurable outcomes.
In this role, you’ll be expected to:
Help shape the strategic direction and priorities of Revenue Operations, translating company and GTM goals into clear roadmaps, initiatives, and operating priorities for the team.
Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives end-to-end with a high degree of autonomy, making decisions on prioritization and execution while proactively resolving dependencies and conflicts across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations.
Define clear goals and scope for your team, creating accountability for high-quality execution while ensuring resources and priorities remain focused on the work with the greatest business impact.
Lead and develop a high-performing team, coaching team members and leaders, providing clear feedback, and building development and succession plans that strengthen the long-term capabilities of Revenue Operations.
Act as a trusted strategic partner to GTM leaders, using data, operational expertise, and a strong understanding of the revenue engine to challenge assumptions, influence decisions, and bring forward thoughtful recommendations.
Champion change across the GTM organization, ensuring new processes, systems, and ways of working are supported by thoughtful change management, stakeholder alignment, enablement, and adoption.
GTM leaders view Revenue Operations as a strategic partner that provides clear insights, thoughtful recommendations, and the operational infrastructure required to make better business decisions.
Revenue processes, systems, and data provide a connected view of the customer journey from acquisition through expansion and enable the business to operate effectively as complexity and scale increase.
Leadership has reliable visibility into pipeline, forecasting, capacity, territories, and operational performance, with insights increasingly supporting scenario planning and forward-looking decisions rather than simply reporting historical activity.
Large cross-functional initiatives are delivered with clear ownership, strong stakeholder alignment, proactive management of dependencies, and successful adoption across impacted teams.
Your team operates with clear priorities and accountability, independently owns its areas of responsibility, and continues to develop the technical, analytical, and business capabilities required to support the organization.
Revenue Operations has the right structure, capabilities, and succession plans to support current business needs while preparing the function for future growth.
Must-Have:
7+ years in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations, with hands-on Salesforce administration: workflows, automation, data architecture, and complex reporting
Experience supporting an enterprise sales organization with complex deal structures and deep integration with quoting, billing, contracting and order management
Experience with lead management for ABM and large-scale expansions
Experience designing and executing new sales processes from 0-to-1, with a consideration for scalability
Strong technical fluency: proficient in Excel, BI platforms (eg. Tableau), and/or SQL for extraction and analysis
Demonstrated ability navigate cross-functional stakeholders in a large, complex organization during periods of transition
Excellent project management skills, having led a project end-to-end from requirements gathering through scoping, build, and rollout
Exceptional communicator, comfortable in a high-context, remote environment. Strong technical writing skills and an aptitude for asynchronous coordination
Strong aptitude for change management, enablement and communication. You develop rapport with your stakeholder teams and centre the seller experience in your process design
Experience deploying AI as a part of revenue systems, improving operational efficiency, data accuracy, and analysis
Experience in a hardware-enabled business is a strong asset

You will own how Solink engages customers technically throughout the sales process, from discovery and solution design through demos, pilots, technical validation, and technical close. Your SEs will be the technical leaders of the deal and speak the language of the customer—the priorities, workflows, and challenges of each industry and persona we serve.
This role reports to the Senior Vice President of Revenue and partners closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, Channel, and Implementation. The role will include occasional travel to events and customer sites across North America.

Lead Technical Workshops & Pilots: Lead architecture discussions, site surveys, RFPs, security and compliance reviews, and pilot design, with clear success criteria and a path to full deployment.
Scale Technical Capability Beyond the SE Team: Partner with Sales Enablement to raise AE technical competency, help channel partners and installers become more technically self-sufficient, and define when partner-led scoping and installation is appropriate.
Partner with Product: Build a strong feedback loop with Product around recurring customer requirements, technical gaps, competitive intelligence, and field readiness for new launches.
This is an M4 level role. At Solink, leaders at this level are accountable for leading through managers and driving the execution of significant initiatives across their area. They operate with a high degree of autonomy, translate strategy into clear priorities for their teams, and partner with senior leaders to solve complex problems and make effective decisions.
In this role, you’ll be expected to:
Set clear priorities and operating expectations across the Solutions Engineering organization, aligning team capacity and execution with broader Sales and company goals.
Lead and develop SE leaders and teams, creating accountability for performance while building capability, career growth, and succession within the organization.
Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that improve technical sales execution, customer experience, and the scalability of the Solutions Engineering function.
Identify technical, operational, and capacity challenges early, develop thoughtful solutions, and proactively resolve dependencies across Sales, Product, Channel, Customer Success, and Implementation.
Use business and team performance metrics to evaluate SE effectiveness, prioritize investments, and make decisions that improve deal progression, technical quality, and organizational efficiency.
Drive adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working while creating a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and high performance.
Solutions Engineering operates with a clear and consistent model across SMB through Enterprise, with strong leadership, clear ownership, and effective allocation of SE capacity.

AEs and channel partners have stronger technical capability and know when and how to engage Solutions Engineering to maximize deal outcomes.
Solution designs can be deployed as sold, improving implementation predictability, customer experience, and margin protection.
The Solutions Engineering organization continuously improves through better processes, feedback loops, technical standards, and an AI-first approach that can scale with the business.
These outcomes are directly grounded in the source JD’s stated success measures, particularly around operating consistency, demo quality, deployable solutions, increased AE/partner capability, and an AI-first approach.
Must-Have:

Solink is looking for a Field Marketing Specialist to execute our trade show and field event program across North America. Our buyers: loss prevention leaders, operators, franchise owners, and IT decision-makers, show up in person at industry conferences, regional roadshows, partner events, and our own Solink Summit, and this is the role that makes sure we show up better than anyone else on the floor.
You’ll own individual events end-to-end: contracts and deadlines, booth logistics, shipping, staffing plans, on-site set-up and tear-down, lead capture, and the post-event report. You’ll run the pre-show outreach and post-show follow-up that turn a booth into booked meetings, partner closely with Sales and SDRs on meeting targets by territory, and keep lead data clean enough that we can tell which events are actually worth the money.
This role suits someone who thrives on logistics and deadlines but thinks like a marketer, the person who catches the shipping deadline everyone else missed, works autonomously within a defined calendar, escalates risks early rather than late, and comes to their manager with recommendations rather than just problems. Expect roughly 25–35% travel, concentrated in event season.
Event Execution
Own assigned trade shows, conferences, and field events end-to-end: contracts and deadlines, booth space and design, shipping and drayage, staffing plans, hotel blocks, giveaways, signage, AV, and demo stations.
Build the event brief for each show — goals, target accounts, messaging, staffing roster, run of show, and success metrics — so everyone attending knows what they’re there to do.
Travel to major events to lead on-site execution, including set-up and tear-down, booth staffing, troubleshooting, and keeping the team on schedule.
Maintain the event asset inventory — booth properties, collateral, demo hardware, branded merchandise — in show-ready condition between events.
Pipeline & Follow-Through
Run pre-show outreach and meeting-booking campaigns in partnership with Sales and SDRs, including target account lists and talk tracks for reps working the booth.
Own lead capture and data hygiene end-to-end: scanner configuration, list cleanup, CRM and marketing automation routing, campaign attribution, and handoff to Sales within SLA.
Execute structured post-show follow-up sequences so leads don’t go cold between the show floor and the first call.
Deliver a post-event report on every show — cost per lead, cost per meeting, influenced and sourced pipeline, and a recommendation on whether to return.
Vendors, Budget & Regional Support
Manage day-to-day relationships with booth vendors, shipping and fulfillment partners, promotional product suppliers, venues, and event organizers.
Track spend against the event budget, flag variances early, and find ways to stretch budget without diluting Solink’s presence.
Support localized programs that back specific territories — regional webinars, customer dinners, lunch-and-learns, and co-marketing activity with channel partners and integrators.
Support Solink Summit and other company-hosted events alongside the broader marketing team.
1–2 years of B2B field marketing, event marketing, or demand generation experience, including hands-on ownership of trade shows or conferences, ideally in SaaS or technology.
A track record of running multiple events in parallel without dropping details — deadlines, shipping windows, and vendor commitments are your responsibility and you don’t need reminding.
Comfort working autonomously within a defined calendar and playbook: you make day-to-day decisions yourself, manage your own deadlines, and escalate risks early rather than after they’ve landed.
Experience with CRM and marketing automation tooling (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and lead capture tools, with the discipline to keep event data clean and attributable.
Commercial instincts — you measure events by meetings and pipeline, not badge scans, and you can explain what a show returned.
Strong written and verbal communication; you can brief a sales team, write pre-show copy, and hold a vendor to a deadline with equal confidence.
Willingness to travel across Canada and the United States roughly 25–35% of the time, including occasional weekends during event season, with valid documentation to do so.
Experience marketing to multi-location operators — restaurant, retail, convenience, or franchise businesses.
Familiarity with event management platforms (e.g., Cvent, Splash).
Exposure to channel or partner co-marketing, including MDF.
Background in security, loss prevention, or hardware-plus-software products.
Design familiarity (Figma, Canva, or Adobe) for quick turnarounds on signage and collateral.
This is a P2 level role. At Solink, individuals at this level are intermediates who can go beyond the basics by working autonomously to make small decisions, work on projects, and make recommendations. They can effectively execute on tasks and initiatives with direction provided.
In this role, you’ll be expected to:
Execute initiatives and tasks while receiving general direction from your manager.
Identify opportunities for increased team effectiveness, and identify, articulate, and propose solutions to problems.

Solink's AI Vision Intelligence Platform helps multi-location businesses in restaurant, retail, and service industries get more from their video. You will help manage the customer relationship and be the advocate for our customers to help them realize business value from their investment and partnership with Solink through their effective use of the Solink product. As a customer-centric company, the relationships and trust we build between the client and Solink is a critical indicator of success.
As a Customer Success Manager (Low Touch), you will keep a book of established customers engaged and growing. Monthly check-ins give every account regular contact, and digital and one-to-many programs extend your reach. Health signals and usage data show you where to focus, so your time goes to the customers who will benefit most.
Run monthly check-ins across your book. Use health signals and usage data to decide who gets a call, who gets an email, and who gets a resource.
Drive smooth onboarding. Work with Sales to hand off new customers cleanly, set expectations, and build their confidence in the platform.
Grow adoption. Track engagement and guide customers toward the best practices and features that match their business goals.
Protect retention and find growth. Flag risk early, step in before small issues become churn, and identify expansion opportunities.
Handle escalations with care. Respond quickly and professionally, and work with Support, Product, and other teams to resolve issues.
Build playbooks and programs. Contribute to playbooks, templates, and customer education (webinars, guides, email programs) that serve the whole segment, not one account at a time.
Support Sales when needed. Join technical pre-sales conversations to ensure a clean handoff and shared expectations.
4+ years managing customer accounts in a SaaS environment, ideally with a high volume or scaled book
Strong written and verbal communication, including the ability to explain technical topics simply
A consultative approach: you connect customer outcomes to revenue growth and advocate for the customer
Comfort with data and prioritization: you can review a book of 100 accounts and know where to focus
Technical curiosity and quick learning. You pick up new platforms and tools quickly, and you’re eager to become an expert in our product to help drive customer adoption and retention.
Experience with video surveillance or security camera systems
Hands-on experience in restaurant, hospitality, retail and/or regulated environments
Fluency in French and/or Spanish
Career archetypes represent the foundational behaviours and performance standards expected of every employee.
At Solink, career archetypes define the baseline for how we show up and create impact. They are not aspirational traits or optional strengths, they are the minimum standards required to operate successfully within our environment. These expectations ensure consistency in how we think, collaborate, execute, and raise the performance bar. If someone consistently does not meet these standards, they are not aligned with what it takes to thrive at Solink.
This is a P3 level role. At Solink, individuals at this level independently own initiatives from start to finish with minimal direction. They proactively solve problems, collaborate across functions, and prioritize their work based on business needs and expected impact.

Investigate root causes, recommend thoughtful solutions, and resolve blockers with the right partners.
Prioritize competing tasks and projects based on value, effort, timelines, and business impact.
Communicate progress and risks clearly, apply feedback, and support more junior colleagues through informal mentoring.
Candidates must undergo a criminal records check upon hire;
Be a Canadian Citizen (dual citizens included), or eligible to work in Canada;
Be willing to comply with Solink’s own security policies and standards.
The on-target earnings range for this role is $96,769 - $120,000 CAD on an 80/20 split.
We determine compensation based on the experience, skills, and impact you bring to the role as identified during the interview process, and by what will be expected of you by day 90.
For this position, our goal is to hire candidates who are either Developing or Proficient.
Developing: Foundational, relevant experience and skills, with the ability to build capability in the role through hands-on experience, coaching, and support.
